Mila Pandzic is SMS, Inc.’s Program Manager for Meetings & Education. Mila is responsible for maintaining our Regional Seminars – “Environment of Care® Interpretations” and the large number of other SMS, Inc. educational offerings. Additionally, Mila manages the subscription process for our website EC-Online – the industries first and foremost code & standards research service oriented to the Physical Environment. Mila’s responsibilities extend into the production of technical reports, and coordinates the wide variety of publications SMS, Inc. offers to healthcare professionals. Mila can assist you in taking or confirming seminar registrations, purchasing publications and assist you in tracking down our senior staff consultants as they’re seldom in the office and sometimes difficult to reach.
